What Causes Recurrent UTI While On Heart Medications?

Hi. I am a heart patient that had a 20 minute NDE at the age of 7. I had 3 heart attacks and congestive heart failure. It started with Strep throat, then Rheumatic fever. I have had 2 stents in the RCA, in the same area. My medications are causing cognitive difficulties, memory problems, lethargy, dizziness, consistent UTI's, and a host of other problems. My first stent was not put in correctly, as I was having heart-attack symptoms on the operating table with the Stent or CAD discovery. I had a 90% blockage. I currently have a 74% blockage in the left chamber of my heart. I am very concerned about the "medication" being worse than the problem. I am in a lot of pain due to consistant UTI's, and have quit taking my pravastatin. I am currently taking Isosorbide Monont ER, Metoprolol Succ ER, Lisinop/Hetz 10-12.5 mg and Amlodipine Besyate 2.5 mg. All 1 po Q am. Why am I still having very painful UTI's?
