What Causes Rapid Heart Rate Upon Mild Exertion?

Hi, my resting heart rate can vary from 75 to 100, but as soon as I move around, ie getting out of bed or going up the stairs, my heart rate goes to 125? I have this heart rate monitor to keep an eye on it and I got a massive shock? Why is it going that high purely from just getting up or walking around? Please help, I need some peace of mind

hello there
you have not mentioned your age so its difficult to know where you are heading .. I assume the reason for your fast heart rate is PSVT.. you need to get a 24 hr ecg monitoring done to prove me otherwise.. other than this a resting ecg and an attempted treadmill can be done to simulate your tachycardia besides an echo

you need a full body check work up including hormone profile

I hope we can get to the bottom of it fast..
