I have flat slightly raised less than 3mm tall plateau shaped spots on my chest,collar, outer elbows and pubic region especially dense where thicker hair grows they are not scaly or flaky but have a striated wrinkly texture the are red and irregular in shape but generally round most smaller than dime about pea sized and they do turn white when pressed but return to color faster than surrounding skin I recently found out I may have hpv strain 6 and 11 are they related or what are the possibilities tried posting a picture
