Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is it normal for heart rate to increase in the evenings? My normal RHR is about 65 and 70-75 during the day. In the evenings is seems to be at 80-90 for a while then will (normally) go back to 70-75 before bed. Is this normal? I am 23 and in good health.
If you go on reading the pules rate on your own it will show different reading every time, it is not the case that the pulse rate goes on vary according to morning time and evening time but of course it depends upon the environment condition diet, mental status, if you do not have any clinical symptoms then it is nothing to worry, and just to clear the doubt EKG can be thought with clinical examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
