General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pains that radiate from the chest to back and head and are worse on movement or breathing may be due to muscles that may be in spasm. This may be due to being cold, as you are saying you feel cold, or it may be due to fever (you will need to check your temperature to rule this out).
In both cases, paracetamol and ibuprofen can be taken to help with the pain. Local warm compresses may help as well.

If you are not better with this or you notice any worsening you will need to talk to your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
