I have a constant pain in my lower left side. It starts from my back and radiates towards my intestine. I feel a fullness on the left side of intestine. I had a colonoscopy and although not that clear. Results indicated inflammation and I also suffer from diverticulosis. I also have problems with L2, L4. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in the left lower abdomen and also the presence of diverticulosis in colonoscopy increases the chance that you suffer from constipation. It is important to have extra fiber supplements daily, plenty of fruit and vegetables and you can also take lactulose syrup 2 table spoons a day to help make stools softer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
