What Causes Pulsating Sensations In Head Of A Person With High BP?

hello ive been diagnosed with high blood pressure six month ago, the blood pressure is regulated by meds now! but im still getting pulsating head in different areas!!! am i safe with it pulsating as long as blood pressure is normal?? its been almost nonstop the past week!

Hello,

There is no mention of either the actual BP (earlier one and present with treatment) or the drug/s being taken. Usually pulsating feeling tends to occur if the BP is high, that is above the usual range (say 120 to 130 /60 to 80 mm Hg). Since there is no mention of any details it is difficult to give any specific comment. However, if BP is well controlled then one normally doesn't feel any pulsations in the head. So please check your BP more accurately.
