General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Though your symptoms manifested on different days and not all at the time or day, yet it is of concern. Headache is commonly due to anxiety and stress, dehydration, low BP, hypoglycaemia, etc. Stay well fed, take nutritious home made food and take adequate water, juice, soups, ORS. Maintain your body electrolyte system. If obese, do regular walking, avoid oily spicy salty food. Cut on sugars, carbs, red meat, refined flour, etc. Cut on addictions if any.

Take whole cereals, fruits , veggies, nuts, healthy home made food and beverages. Pressure, compression or squeezing pain in the chest, radiating to the arm(L), stomach or scapula may be indicative of developing CAD (Angina, AF, MI, etc). Symptoms of heart attack / MI are often confused with acid reflux. You can take antacids and PPIs for relieve.

However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a cardiologist, get CBC, lipid function tests, blood sugar (F/PP), stress tests, ECHO, EKG, X-Ray done to detect any developing CAD. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
