* As per my clinical experience, the premature ejaculation does not necessarily mean side effect of over masturbating as child at all.
* In usual cases, there is psychologic disturbances behind the premature ejaculation, and only minority of the cases do have an organic cause.
* It is the combine co relation with pattren of erection, morning tghtness and other systemic features as sex desire, any changes in voice, body built are very essential to guide further.
