Hi,I suffering from hormonal imbalance and pcos my menstruation cycle is even not normal n last 7 years I m aging excess weight especially on my belly fat depositing and I m married since 2years n now I m having a lot of period problem as since two years I m having very few brown spots of bleeding Nd that s made me upset and. More obsess but we want to start our family so what to do,kindly help n explain thanks

Hence you need not stress but stay assured that you are going to be well with proper management. I would ask you to see a gynecologist for a proper evaluation. You need to get hormone assays, blood counts, urinalysis, trans-vaginal sonogram and follicular studies. Tubal patency must be established and male factor studied. Maintenance of a healthy lifestyle is essential to maintain proper hormone balance. You may need a couple of hormone courses to set the cycles on track followed by induction cycles. Hope this helps.
