Hello, Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Your symptoms suggest hormone imbalance, considering your age. Though, local causes like infections of the cervix and vagina, erosion of the cervix, polyps of the cervix and endometrium etc., also need to be excluded. You have to get a pap smear, swab test if needed, sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to help plan further management. Styptics help to control the bleeding. Hope this helps.
