What Causes Prolonged Periods And Fatigue After Child Birth?

I have an 8 month old son. Every since i had him ive had an period for 8 months. Stomach pain migranines problems with my legs. Cant eat no appetite weak. Cold chills. Problems driving walking. No energy. Problems thinking. Remembering. Weak feeling pain in my back pushing feeling from stomach also had 2 c section and a gal bladder removal with blood transfusion. Im 23 years old with 2 kids. I can barely work because of this
