What Causes Pressure,ache And Tingling Around Right Eye?
I have pressure in my right eye. it feels chunky on the inner side of my eye (near my nose). I also have tingling around my right eye. At times I also get a headache in the same area. I recently saw the eye doctor and had the test done where they take pictures of your eyes but was told everything looked normal. I was just told I have a stigmatism.

Well I read your history. I'd suggest to wear spectacles for astigmatism. Since uncorrected refractive error do lead to headache.
Secondly, it seems you are having DRY EYES, leading to chunky- tingling feeling... For which you can start lubricating eye drops...
