What Causes Pressure & Numbness In Nose?

Yes I've been having head pressure and pressure in my nose and numbness I went to the doc and told em I fell and hit my head so they would givee a cycle scam and they said everything OS fine but I still have pressure and wheni push my scalp I del even more pressure can this from anexity
