What Causes Pressure In Vagina During Last Stage Of Pregnancy?

I am 39 weeks and 1 day pregnant, I couldnt meet with my doctor and I was wondering I have been having a lot of pressure to where it is in my vagina nd a lot of cramps in my thighs! I cant walk and I have been shaking for three days! Is it almost time to go to labor?

It could simply be that your pregnancy is advancing. Your growing uterus causes other organs to shift around, and everything feels different. Another possibility is a urinary-tract infection, common in pregnancy. Other symptoms of a UTI, besides that feeling of pelvic pressure, would include burning, increased frequency and urgency with urination.
