What Causes Premature Ejaculation But Not During Intercourse?
Hi, 1.Can you please explain Impotency. I am getting erection and my sperms are getting released during night between 18 to 21 days when there is no intercourse. 2.During intercourse sperms are not getting released. Sperms are getting released after intercourse in drops.

Impotency is defined as a state where you are not able to get erection or the erection is not for sufficient duration to make fulfilling sexual intercourse.
Getting sperm released every 20th day is normal as body tries to get them released if there is no sexual activity for a long time.
If you continue regular sexual activity the problem will be decreased and you will be able to release your sperm more easily during intercourse.
