Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that his symptoms seem to be related to activation of the sympathetic nervous system.

I would recommend checking his body temperature.

Does he have fever?

Does he complain of anything?

This reaction could also be related to pain or anxiety.

If the problem persists, I would recommend consulting with the pediatrician for a careful physical exam.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
