What Causes Post Nasal Drip With Shortness Of Breath?
I was ill over 2 weeks ago with high temp having hot and cold spells just feeling quite unwell. Anyway I got over that then I've got a dry tickly cough which I've had for about a week and in the last couple of days been getting shortness of breath and tight chest pains what is this?

Hi,
From history it seems there might be having upper respiratory tract infection leading to lower respiratory tract infection.
There are all possibilities of having pneumonitis and require urgent attention for treatment.
Go for x-ray chest and blood work.
You might require one course of higher antibiotic medicine for 7 days.
take some cough syrup as well.
Ok and take care.
