Hello dear
Understand your concern
ANA test is positive suggests she is suffering from SLE(lupus)
It is multi system disorder
Consult the rheumatologist and best obstetrician as it affects fetus and pregnancy and take proper treatment
Treatment and outcomes depend upon the titre of the ANA.
Corticosteroid and immuno modulator are generally given for treatment.

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
