What Causes Pins And Niddles Sensation In Eyes While Reading?

I ve always had eye strain even though my site is good. Lately, when I am on the computer too long or reading I feel a pins and needles sensations. I am 59 and have good health. I want to read more, etc. but my eyes always feel so tired. Any ideas what I can do?

Pins and needles sensation could be due to dryness of the eyes caused by continuous use of computers for a long duration over the day. After every 2 hours of continuous work in front of the screen, relax your eyes by closing them for 2 minutes. You could use an lubricating eye drop.
If the strain is much you need to get your eye sight checked by a doctor.
