OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Prolonged bleeding can be due to pregnancy or hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, or local lesions in cervix or vagina including cervical cancer , or any pathology in the uterus especially dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
Pregnancy is rare after tubal ligation, however I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test to clear the doubt.
If negative, then do consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
