What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting?
Why am I spotting pink? Period was 4 days late. Spotted pink at 2 days late , again at 3 days and started at 4 days late. Heavier bleeding lasted 2 days followed by 2 more days of spotting. Spotted pink once yesterday after 1 day of no bleeding. Pregnancy tests negative. Having cramping in pelvic area. I ve never been on birth control. I m 28. Doctor appointment next week, but I m making myself sick with worry. Please help.

I don't think you should worry. You are not pregnant. The spotting may come from the usage of contraception pills.
