Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Taking I pill within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse prevents the pregnancy in 95-98% cases.
I pill also induces withdrawal bleeding within 5-7 days of its intake.
This pink discharge is most likely the withdrawal bleeding and is indicative of the fact that the pregnancy has been prevented.
There is nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
