What Causes Pinching And Twisting Of Nerves And Muscles In Chest?

sir, I am feeling burning/pinching and twisting in my nervous and muscles in left side and in chest area. I have shown to doctors, they did ECG and told that it is not heart problem...and asked me to apply pain gel to reduce it..but the problem persists...please advise..

Your symptoms seem to be related to a musculo-skeletal pain. Inflammation or an electrolyte imbalance can not be excluded either.

For this reason, I would recommend performing further tests:

- PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation
- blood electrolytes including calcium to exclude possible imbalance.

Meanwhile, I recommend taking ibuprofen.

I would also advise you to closely monitor the skin in this region for possible eruptions. Shingles can cause similar symptoms before eruptions.
