This is a non infective inflammation of oil gland which gets blocked to present this way.It is called Chalazia. It is not painful but may get infected resulting in pain and fever. gradually increases in size. use warm compresses for 4-5 times a day.Put some antibiotic drops four times a day. If it does not improve then you need to see a eye specialist for its removal
