What Causes Persistent Pain In Left Shoulder And Chronic Fatigue?
Hi. I have constant pain on left side under 3rd bottom rib, mostly at front. I cant sleep on my left side as it sometimes sits exactly at the side under my 3rd bottom rib. Sometimes the pain wakes me up. I have chronic fatigue and have been feeling stressed and extra tired and nervy for a month due to needing to exert extra mental and physical effort during that time. My stress has subsided now but pain remains. I had a therapeutic massage 2 weeks ago because my mid and upper back was tense and I had a knot on left side back. This helped my back but I want to know how to heal the side, front and sometimes back pain. Thank you.
Persistent pain in the left shoulder radiating to the ribs is commonly caused by incorrect posture, people sitting for long hours on a PC or those who do desk work may develop hunch and it may stress the ribs and thoracic spine. Other medical conditions like gallstones, pancreatitis, muscle strain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
