What Causes Chronic Fatigue Along With Night Sweats?

undiagnosed infection for 10 month. most common causes have been ruled out. Chronic fatigue. Nights sweats. possible causes of symptoms microorganisms/infectious disease of the bone and bone marrow located at L4-L5 fusion hardware. In the process of scheduling a nuclear bone scan at UTMB Galveston, although it s been indicated to me that it is most likely not. If not what infectious diseases may cause the symptoms?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chronic fatigue along with night sweats . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cervical spondylosis , nerve compression , disc problem , hormonal imbalamce, viral infection or cardiac problem . I would suggest you to consult general physician for proper examination .Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory along with nerve supplement . Doctor may also refer you top endocrinologist for hormonal problem. If symptoms doesn't get better then consult cardiologist to rule out more serious cardiac condition . For now i would suggest you to ear fresh fruits and vegetables , do light exercises and drink plenty of water .
