General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that the pain abdomen may be due to the urinary tract infection and some other reason also, like ulcer, gall stones, kidney stones etc.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastroscopy, ultrasound, and liver function tests etc.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
