What Causes Persistent Lower Abdominal Pain Despite Taking Metronidazole?
I am female with 23 yrs old, married, and i have a persistent pain in my left lower abdomen. My scan both abdominal and pelvic ultrascan result showed that no problem. My menstruation period started last friday and end today.I had given metronidazole and retitinine but feel quite improving, but the little pain sensation on my stomach is still exist. Please if you could provide some explanation or possible cause for this. Thank you.
