Neurologist 's  Response
Hello !
I read your question and understand your concern.
I think that your headache may be caused by contraction of the scalps muscles, causing a type of headache called tension type headache. The typical location would be in the forehead or temples, back of the head , but it can mimic migraine. I don't think it is migraine as it is pressure like and you don't mention any nausea or sensitivity to light or noise.
So I would recommend Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for some days.
If the headache persists I would recommend to consult with a neurologist and have a good neurological examination.
A full blood work for infection or inflammation would be necessary.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Abaz Quka
