What Causes Persistent Diarrhea And Lower Backache?

I ve been having diarrhea everyday for the past 4 months. With or without eating I still have it. I ve also been having lower back pain that makes it hard to work along with severe chest pain that radiates to between my shoulder blades. This lasts over 10 minutes from start to finish. I m not able to get in with my doctor because my insurance put a specialist as my pcp and is giving me issues about switching doctors. What can I do for this until i can be seen? I m so miserable

Hello,

Causes of chronic diarrhea
1.Food intolerance
2. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
3. Malabsorption
4. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

Causes of back pain
1.Lumbar spondylosis
2. Muscle spasm
3. Radiculopathy
4. Abscess
5. Trauma

Cause of pain in shoulder blades
1. Aortic dissection
2. Fibromyalgia
3. Thoracic spine injury
4. Tuberculosis of the spine etcetera.

Without complete examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Take tablet Ultracet twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
