The first diagnosis for such bleeding is due to incomplete abortion. Though it is very rare after cytotec, it is known to occur. In incomplete abortion, the pregnancy test will become negative since the chorionic tissues are no more alive. Ultrasonography can reveal whether any tissues are remaining inside the uterine cavity. If so, evacuation by suction or curetting is indicated and it will take care of the problem. Since you are bleeding for such a long period and also had intercourse during bleeding the chances of superadded infection are very high and any procedure to be performed may need an antibiotics umbrella. The other possibility is of infection. You have stated that you had intercourse even during bleeding also. This carries a great risk of infection. For managing the infection, you will have to take a course of antibiotics.
