Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

I would like to know if your boy is obese. This very usually happens in obese kids due to subcutaneous pad of fat. If this is the cause you can self assess and be relieved, or else I suggest you consult your pediatrician.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
