What Causes Penile Bleeding During Intercourse?

Hi, during sex with my girlfriend, we noticed a little blood loss but like no pain for both of us, so we checked, and it was my frenulum, there is a little cut on the right side of the frenulum, like a tiny stair. I m scared that it will lacerate completely next time, can you help me? Thanks so much!

Hello,

If the foreskin is more, it causes mild bleeding due to tears in frenulum while doing sex. Next time also it might bleed but won't lacerate fully.

Excessive skin removal by surgical treatment (circumcision) is noteworthy. My suggestion is, please consult a general surgeon for more suggestions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
