General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
You seem to have irritation /trauma to nipples (due to tight-fitting bras, rough handling during sex). You should try by cleaning of breast, drying it proper. Apply ointment like Sofracot Ointment (Applied gently to nipples with some light massage). Use loose fitting hosiery bra. Avoid mishandling. If there is no relief in 5 days / you have fever, pain. Consult your family physician for addition of oral medicines along with the local treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
