What Causes Passage Of Air From Blocked Ear While Blowing Nose?

I went to the beach and after 2 days my ear was blocked up. I got swim ear drops and when that didn t work I used another ear drop for pain. There was also pain with the blockage. after 2 weeks of the blockage whenever I now blow my nose air escapes throught my right ear which still feels blocked. What could be the reason for this

Hello,

Conditions like serous otitis media can cause similar symptoms. We have to rule out other conditions like tympanic membrane perforation also even though the chances are low.
