hi dear,
what ever you described may be due to underlying depression and anxiety you have.
but for diagnosis detail history and mental status examination is necessary.
so consult psychiatrist.
there are many medication for treatment of depression and anxiety and also psychotherapy..
medication like SSRI (selective serotonin re uptake inhibitor), SNRI (serotonin and nor epinephrine re uptake inhibitor), NASA ( nor epinephrine and serotonin antagonist ) etc
discuss with doctor.
Thank you

Psychiatrist Dr. Manisha Gopal's  Response
Hello,
Several toxic gases may lead to various psychological and neurological problems, but to make a diagnosis of the reason - one needs to know the exact gas to which the person was exposed, how long was the exposure and the quantity to which he was exposed.

However, you may start the treatment of the problems by looking at the symptoms and there will be relief.

Drugs like -sertraline 25-150mg daily can help in all the symptom you have mentioned.
This drug is mild, has less inter drug interaction and is cardio safe. So, you may discuss this medicine with your treating team and start it.

Also, you may get a CAT scan brain to see if there is any evidence of neuronal damage.
Get Thyroid levels and check if there is simultaneous hypothyroidism & if found -treat it.

wish you good health.
