What Causes Palpitations And Irregular Heart Rate?

Hello, my name is Joe. I am writing to ask if you know why my heart flutters and skips beats about 20 minutes after I eat fatty foods such as eggs w/ yolk or olive oil on toast? For example, this morning I ate a turkey and cheese sandwich and two pieces of toast w/ garlic and extra virgin olive oil. About 20 minutes later, my heart flutters like you wouldn't believe. Thank you, Joe

After going through your medical details I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that high carbohydrate food, spicy food or any food allergies can cause palpitations or fluttering sensation in chest which needs to be closely monitored and treated.

Kindly do a self analysis for type of food you are having like if is high in carbs or too spicy which can be causing you the symptoms.

Consult personally with a dietitian with your self analysis report.
