What Causes Palpitations And Fatigue?

I am 18 and about 120 pounds. Lately I have been tensing my muscles from anxiety and it makes it hard for me to sleep because it feels like I have lots of energy. Also, my heart has been beating weird. This mainly happens towards night time. Do you know what could be causing this? Thanks.

dear
As we see at this age we have a great hornonal variation leading to such experience. In such patients i usually advise to indulge in lot of phisical activities like games, exercise, swimming, gymnastics and all.The muscle pain is transient but never over work your self and do consult a trainer.
We also need a physician consultation for the vitals and an ECG for the actual picture of heart rate.

hope this helps.
most welcome for further queries
