What Causes Pain, itching And Burning In Vagina After Having Sex?

It all started when I was having sex and it hurt really bad and it never did before. Then the next day it hurt really bad and then it started to itch and burn. I don t know what it could be we were using protection and I just thought it was hurting because we did it more ruff then normal. I have had sex with one other person if that matters. I also have some whitish discharge. I m really worried cause I still live with my patients I m only 18 and I don t want to have to ask my mom about it. It is really bothering me it Burns when I scratch it. Oh and it also feels like it has a heart beat. Please get back to me as soon as you on some advice please hurry It sreally bad. Thanks

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Burning, itching and soreness in the vagina can be due to infection in the vagina.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including vaginal swab examination and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
