What Causes Painful Swelling And Pimple Like Sore In The Right Eye?
My son has a pimple like sore in his right eye. He has pain, pressure and swelling. He went to urgent care and they prescribed an antibiotic drop. He has been using for four days with some improvement. Now he is having the same symptoms in his left eye. We are on vacation and don t have access to his primary care physician. What could this be?

itcan be hordiolum. the same problem have come up in other eye it is block of meibomian cyst. can be incised and drained. apply neosporine eye ointment can apply hot compression. can put on dark glass and avoid exposure to sun apply ofloxacin.3% eye drop 6 hourly.get examined by eye doctor and put on observation.
