What Causes Painful Sexual Intercourse?
I m 28, comes from Bangli muslim family. I got married only 3 month. I do the couple sex only 3 times and try more times. At first when I was try my wife said pain. again try again pain. at last two weeks ago I do that job but my wife said he cant understand that my panis should go far in his sexual way. The last two days ago again I do that job but my wife said same answer.
Note: I used my hand on my penis as long as 20 years. Now its size is 3.6 inch. I cant stay long time

Your wife complains of painful sexual intercourse. The cause of such symptoms is commonly due to inadequate lubrication. You are suggested to use water based vaginal lubricants before penetrative sexual intercourse. Make sure that she is adequately wet. Inadequate lubrication causes inadequate opening of the vagina and hence pain on penetration, it can also cause tear or abrasions. Avoid rough sex. Cold and allergy medications may lower moisture levels and reduce mucus.
Such symptom may be indicative of vaginismus, vaginitis, PID, previous sexual trauma, sexually transmitted diseases, etc. You are suggested to get her clinically examined by a Gynae and get her treated for pathology detected. Both the partners should get STD tests done , if detected positive you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals.
