Hi,

I can understand your concern fo rthe painful moveable lump on knee.

You have not told your exact age, sex and occupation so that a nearest possible diagnosis could be given.

A history of injury to the knee is quite important if occurred in recent past. I suggest you to meet a orthopedic surgeon near you and get the best diagnosis.

Do not try to pinch or pop the area as can lead ot secondary infection and further compilations.

For the time being period you can take a pain killer tablet such as diclofenac or Ibuprofen for two time a day after meals.

Take care.
