What Causes Painful Intercourse?

When my husband and I try to have intercourse, It s painful, So it s been awhile. It doesn t help that he is above average in penis size. Tonight we couldn t finish and I had a small amount of blood when I cleaned up, I just turned 53 and haven t had a period in over a year.... Need some advise...

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Sorry about the pain. Its most likely you are having reduced vaginal lubrication and that could make sex traumatic and painful. You are also Menopausal. I will advice you get vaginal lubricants and use before sex.
