I have a small bump on the bottom base of the outside of my nose and it swells inwards. it's very painful and even more so when touched. Every throb causes the 3 top teeth in the back of my mouth to hurt and I have a constant small headache. It's been like this for 3 days and I don't know if I should go to the emergency room (Because it's sunday and my normal doctors office isn't open) or just wait and see what happens. It is getting very annoying and painful but the bump isn't big it's very small. There is no head on it, so I don't think it's an ingrown hair or anything of that sort.
