What Causes Pain While Retracting Foreskin And White Ring Around It?
Hi !
I am 22 years old. I cannot retract my foreskin. I can pull it back when I don't have an erection, but it pains a lot and it creats a waits. And I can see a white ring at the tip of my foreskin. I do not have any problem while it is covering the head. Everything else is normal. I looked for it on the net and found about about preputioplasty.
Need advice.
