What Causes Pain While Breathing & Soar Throat Drainage?

pain when breathing deep around mid back I have had sour throat drainage and pain in mid back just below my shoulder blades not really coughing . I had pneumonia last year and had a lot of coughing no real coughing this time except in with drainage

it can be due to one among these
1.pneumonia leaves a consolidation in the lungs which might take longer time to heal or a pleuritis (inflammation of lining of lungs) .I would need a ct scan of chest.
2.inflammation of laryngeal structures- epiglottis or arytenoids can cause this. I would need a videolaryngoscopy to be done.
3. simple gastritis and laryngeal reflux can cause this. Take proton pump inhibitor tablets daily before food and antacids syrups.
