What Causes Pain Under Upper Rib During Pregnancy?
I am a 32 year old pregnant woman in my 15th week having my third baby. I was woken up right out of my sleep in the wee hours of morning by a very severe and sharp poking kind of pain under my right upper rib directly unde my breast. I rubbed it gently thinkin it was a muscle spasm but it wouldnt go away. Pls let me know what this is...

your symptoms seems to me as MONDORS disease.thrombophlebitis of veins that supply the breast from anterior chest wall.
it can be easily treated by NSAID.
you can take aceclofenac and paracitamol those are safe in pregnancy.
also consult your doctor.
