What Causes Pain Under The Ribs Having Hiatus Hernia And IBS?
i believe have had a bug or food poisoning started tuesday my main concern is a pain up under my ribs on left side i have had this for several weeks but will not budge now i have a hiatus hernia and irritable bowel but have never experienced pain tis high up

You can be prescribed antibiotic course and Rifaximine course for your problem.
Rabeprazole or pantoprazole like antacid can be prescribed additionally.
If no improvement than USG abdomen scan or endoscopy can be planned.
