little bit towards my hip. but is not on my hip. is been a year since I been having this pain, and ever since I been loosing a lot of weight. please I would very much will like to know was the course of this pain.

I really appreciate your concern, if the pain is mild to moderate then it could be colicky pain or muscular pain if the pain is sever one then it could be due to infection and most common cause would be renal stone or disease and to confirm this certain test are necessary like urine test, x-ray test of abdomen, ultrasonography, till then you can try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day, drink more water, hope this information helps
